Shipping Policy

1. No physical goods

Interview Forge is a fully digital, software-as-a-service product. We do not manufacture, warehouse, or ship any physical goods, and no shipping charges apply to any plan.

2. Delivery

Access to paid features (Pro or Premium) is delivered instantly and automatically the moment your payment is confirmed by our payment processor. There is no shipping time, tracking number, courier, or delivery address involved at any point.

3. Availability

The service is available online, worldwide, wherever you can reach our website and it is not blocked by local law. There are no regional shipping restrictions, since nothing is physically shipped — availability of individual payment methods (e.g. Razorpay for India, an international processor for other regions) may still vary by country.

4. Order-related questions

If a payment succeeded but your plan did not activate within a few minutes, or you have any other order-related question, contact us at billing@interviewforge.ai with your account email and we will resolve it promptly.
